All materials are sourced for their special qualities and are precisely made from local resources by local craftsmen and manufacturers. Any coincidental imprints, tonal changes, and additional textural differences are a piece of the material’s regular qualities and are not to be considered as defects.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted by bambaiSe only under the following conditions after the corresponding actions are taken by the customer:
Kindly note that due to the nature of our products no returns, refunds or exchanges would be possible for any other reason. For an order with the package tampered with or opened, customers are advised NOT to accept the order and ask the courier executive to take it back. Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
The damaged product can be exchanged with a fresh piece of the same product. A fresh product will be sent to you within 6-7 working days. If that particular product is not available, we will provide store credit of the product value which customers may use for subsequent purchases.
Please note that the shipping charges will not be included in the store credit, and are non- refundable under any circumstances.
REFUND POLICY
- Once the order is placed there will be no refund or change of order.
- Refund will only be initiated if you receive a damaged product and we don’t have a stock of the same.
