What kind of wood do you use?
We use premium Teak Wood for bambaiSe and for BambaiSe basic MDF with Premium Paint.
How does bambaiSe differ from bambaiSe basic products?
Though both category products come with the concept of mandala art. bambaiSe products have a seamless print on premium wood whereas bambaiSe baSic products have designs engraved on them. bambaiSe is more about Natural wood & bambaiSe baSic is more about Rich pleasing colors.
Do you charge extra for customizations?
Simply No, We don't. But depending on the level of your customization
requirements we may charge. Please get in touch with us for more details.
In what way should I maintain bambaiSe and bambaiSe basic products for their long-lasting?
No science, just a few easy steps-
Avoid placing the products in water and use a soft and dry wipe to wipe the surfaces.
Keep the products in a dry place.
Do not place direct-from-stove utensils.
Products are not microwave-safe or dishwasher-safe.

Does bambaiSe have a retail store?
We have tie-ups with 15+ retail stores.
Where can I leave a review for you?

How do I pay for my order?
We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you. The options are: through your Credit, Debit, UPI.
Cash on delivery is also available for orders below 3500/-
Do I have to pay shipping charges?
No, you don't have to pay any shipping charges as the shipping will be free for all the products on bambaiSe for orders above 2700/-
By when will I receive the ordered products?
We try our best to process your order on same day but if not than Shipping will be done within 2-3 working days except for customized products which may take up to 20-25 working days.
How do I know whether the product can be delivered to my area? Can I opt for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment in my area?
bambaiSe is trying its best to ship its products as far and wide as possible. However, there are still a few areas where we are unable to ship. While placing an order, you will receive an intimation of the same. Similarly, you will also be informed on whether or not the Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option is available in your respective area.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
On successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from info@bambaise.com. Also, our customer executive will call for order conformation ( for COD) This email will include all the important details related to your order. Please do not delete this email, as it, more or less, acts as an order receipt.
